My friends ID was taken from her for no reason, wasn't informed about no re entry policy by staff when went outside to go help her. Staff were really rude and unprofessional. All really excited about the night unfortunately was ruined by the staff as we were unable to even enter the club.

Awful. Never got let into the club because this larger woman with pink hair denied us entry and took away my friends REAL id! My other friend and I went through and got our tickets scanned and thought we would wait for the bouncer lady to give back our friends id but she never did. so we left to go and help our friend and this guy named Matty was horrid. He told us we couldn't have re entry and was very patronising. Overall the experience was awful as the staff Matty and the pink haired lady had disgusting attitude
