The event was very badly organised especially regarding the safety of the campers. Day festival goers were able to walk around the camping ground. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Music and entertainment were very poor

The charger was amazing at first fully charging my phone so it would last all day but as the weekend went on the chargers died quicker. On the sunday it only got my phone from 2% to 9% which I think was due to the cable that came with it not the actual charger. This meant I had to travel home without a phone. I only didn’t manage to get my deposit back as when I picked up the charger on Friday we weren’t told we’d have to return it the same night as it wouldn’t be open the Monday morning so I ended up paying almost £30. I would definitely but the charger pass again but I’d rely on my own cable.

I was only allowed once charger per day whereas last year I was able to have unlimited chargers at a cheaper price. Left me with little charge on my phone a lot of the time. Also was unable to collect my deposit back on Monday 27th August as the pop up trade in was shut. The actual festival was great but the power bank service was poor

Charge candy the biggest rip off, bring back the unlimted chargers £20 for the weekend and you get to keep the charger after.
