The chargers don’t work and I get so unwell every year. Food is extortionate but they’ve banned stoves so you have to starve and they charge for everything now that was free

The chargers give you about 50% charge. The only charger that actually charged my phone to full was on the last day.

People at the charge candy store before the entrance to the arena were rude AF

3 out of 4 battery packs I was given over the course of the weekend didn’t even fully charge my phone once. They had closed before the arena on Sunday night so was unable to return or get my £10 deposit back. Felt like I was massively scammed tbh.

The actual phone charger only does about 80% charge per day and you only get one power bank per day so you’d need to bring your own power bank as well I didn’t and I needed to swap the charger for the next days one

Staff were extremely rude. On the first day we paid the deposit and staff failed to give us a wrist band (we didn’t know we needed one at this point), then when we tried to hand the charger back the next day staff challenged us saying where are our wrist bands (which we had never been given), staff were very rude and not helpful saying they definitely would have given us a wrist band and that we had given our wrist bands to other people. I am not sure why I would pay £30 for someone else to use it and then for me to almost not be allowed a new one. After showing my ticket and the proof that I paid the £10 deposit, the man was rude and reluctant but eventually gave us our new charger as we were not prepared to leave without it after paying £30 for it. The attitude from the staff was shocking.
