Review of THE CURE + SISTERS OF MERCY tributes Liqueur & Reptile House
Probably could have done with opening earlier. I travelled 100 miles from Newcastle to Leeds and even though I waited until after 6.30pm to try and enter - I was told that they wouldn't open until 7.30pm. Having said that the bar service was fine with not much waiting time, toilets fine and viewing fine too. Although a few technical issues from Reptile House and the fact the singer of Liqueur had a vocal issue - the music and atmosphere were very good. However again it could have done with closing a bit later - again I had to wait for my lift home at around midnight and was stood outside for 30 minutes or more. Bearing in mind the location of the venue being in an industrial estate area there wasn't a lot of other places to go. Overall a solid 4/5 and maybe I was being a bit picky!

Review of THE CURE + SISTERS OF MERCY tributes Liqueur & Reptile House
Liquor tribute to Cure and Reptile House tribute to Sisters of Mercy - Both performances were very good. Reptile House were on first and played a good selection of SOM songs opening with Alice and then moving onto the mid to late 1980's period.
The Liquor looked very much like each of the band members in the Cure. Unfortunately the Liquor lead singer had a sore throat but he was still very good. I hope both of these bands return to Leeds soon as my friends, wife and I will definitely be seeing them again. The Eiger Studios unfortunately doesn't have enough parking spaces for larger visitors which is the only negative of the night which is why only 4 stars.

Review of Elemental presents Cosmosis, Nikki S and Florescence
Having not ventured out partying/clubbing since 27/10/2019 I was looking forward to attending this event, and wasn't disappointed. I received a warm and friendly greeting from Elemental Ryan on the door when I arrived, along with similar greetings from other party-goers whom I recognised from 'back in the day' - I felt safe and welcome - a huge hurdle for me, therefore many thanks!
The security and bar staff I considered courteous and approachable.
Overall I feel I experienced a great night out at the Elemental event (my first) and will definitely support another such event in the future. Well done to Ryan and Crew for managing to put on the event, what with the sudden change of venue at the last minute, and special thanks to the Eiger Music Studios for standing in the breach at the last moment - much appreciated!
