Review of Rodigan: Radio & Reggae
I really enjoyed the experience and the interview was amazing. Rodigan himself was so knowledgeable about the music and the reggae industry he should write a book. The whole audience were captured by his persona and were hung on his every word. He gives off fantastic vibes and the time flew by. The interviewer was very good and asked very relevant and interesting questions. I would love to attend a part 2.

Review of Sunrise - Interstellar Sunrise 18/04/15
Always a great selection of music, with a nice contrast between the two rooms at this ideal venue; but what really makes it special is the people and the atmosphere - smiles everywhere, and everyone dances!

Review of Sunrise - Interstellar Sunrise 18/04/15
Sunrise always delivers an excellent evening of concentrated psytrance and creative music beats - if you're a hard dancer or simply want to sweat off the suburban toxins you'll love the big room with a selection of carefully chosen skillsters spinning their magic for a full eight hours while in the chillout rooms the latest experimental breaks stomp out any tension by massaging your spiritual heart with a softness only great music can provide.
But the venue and the music can only be what they are through the Sunrise crew and dedicated followers who are some of the most lovely people you could ever hope to meet making you welcome from whatever and wherever you have travelled from by opening conversation in a heartbeat. The chill out area at the back is full of soft cushions and places to perch when your weary legs need a break and the psychedelic breakfast area provides hot chai's , tea and coffee to revive you when your dancing has left your legs feeling like jelly. The venue is perfect too, the beer and drinks are at reasonable prices and the two dedicated music rooms separated by enough space to stop annoying music bleed. I love this event and try to attend whenever possible - sometimes it is so awesome that a mere revue would never do it justice. A phenomenon that goes back 17 years at least on the leeds psytrance scene, Truly a heritage event.

Wheres the second room??
I didnt realise there were two rooms to this venue. I spent all night in one room that was playing dub and reggae, which i love, but i was itching for something deeper and faster at times. Apparently this ws happening in the second room according to the flyer i found the next day- where is this!!! Big smoking area, small queues to venue, toilets and bars. People generally kept themselves to their selves. Overall a good night, bit too chilled for my liking though.
