Review of Showaddywaddy
The venue was great, although the staff who were seeing you to your seats needing a bit more organisation, they did not seem to know the layout of the seating area. The bar staff needed to be a little more happy. The band were great and they really got the audience up rocking. The price (£25) was a little on the high side

Review of Showaddywaddy
Seating plan was disastrous - seemed to be randomly numbered and caused much confusion. Support band was dire - brilliant pianist spoiled by stupid antics and the worst "Vic Reeves" club singer who constantly grimaced we have ever heard. Couldn't hear a word of intros (and very few of the song lyrics due to overdubbing and mountains of echo) and backing tracks sounded like they had been recorded on an old cassette tape. Got bored trying to listen to them - and they even did a second set - took a big edge off the evening. Showaddywaddy were ok but lacked a little of the punch of the originals - but then I suppose most of the originals are well retired now. Musically very good and put lots of energy into the performance - if they had just been XYZ band they would have been good. Entry charges are ok and bar prices not an absolute rip off.
Morley Town Hall is a great local venue - big enough to be accommodating to a reasonable crowd (maybe 400-500) but small enough to not be overpowering.

Review of Showaddywaddy
I bought the tickets as a gift for my parents. They loved that the venue was local and were taken back to their youth on the night listening to all the classics live. A great night had by all. I would definitely use you again for future events

Review of Ashington Soul Train
We were unaware that you could book a table or take your own alcohol so lots of tables were booked but managed to find one with other people so ok in the end. Would have been a problem if there had been a crowd of us. Other than that was well run and had a bar so bonus there. The Sensations were excellent. would go again.
