The security was awful completely destroyed my New Year's Eve with my friends, everyone got kicked out for no reason, tickets couldn't be refunded but we were not allowed to join the party for no reason

Everything advertised like adult playground, neon paint bath and canons wasn't ever there the only thing advertised that was there was the inflatable things on the ceiling

We was sold this event as interactive, inflatables, confetti (so much confetti), neon paint dipping stations.. there was none of this there, there was 3 people on stilts and that was it, no paint dipping (I asked several staff members about this) no inflatables what so ever and no confetti at all. I was very disappointed with the over all atmosphere and it wasn't what was sold at all! The drinks were very overpriced and we've been to many raves and festivals and never known drinks to be so expensive! Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone and would not go again. We spend a lot of money on travel, parking and hotel and really wish we hadn't bothered.

Long que to get due to not enough female door staff to search the ladies. Dance floor packed with no one dancing because the music was so poor. Very expensive drinks. £17 for a small bottle vk and a double jagger.
