What a day!
It's the first time I've ever been to Cocoon in the Park, and what can I say, it certainly won't be the last! I had an absolutely incredible day, Sven Vath was awesome, the weather was perfect - best birthday ever!

Richie Richie Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah what a set. Poor dj's sometimes I feel sorry for them they doo not know how amazing is to be between the party people :)
Richie did a great set
Sven was ace too

Richie for only two hours?!
Firstly, there was no synergy between each DJ. There should have been more of a flow between their sets. I think it was bad management to not let Richie hawtin close.
Secondly, to have Richie on for only two hours was very disappointing.. As soon as he came on the crowd were Instantly lifted, his set was just out of this world, only to be stopped abruptly for Vath to come on. The music went from really bouncy intelligent techno to a very basic bassy sound from Vath. Very disappointing. The atmosphere really died once Richie went off and ruined the rest of the day. we all left early. Wouldn't go again unless Hawtin or Carola were playing because Vath isn't good enough. How he feels anybody can follow Richie is beyond me, it's like chalk and cheese.

Cocoon in the park 2013
Quality artists Richie did an amazing set very focused but Mr Sven Vath i think did even better from another planet. Atmosphere well.. in Uk ppl enjoy music very different to South America where i`m from so i reserve my opinion also the weather helped a lot! Quality soundsystem. After all i had an unforgettable day.

Unbelievable!
What an absolutely amazing day! The weather could not of been any better. The music was immense ans Sven defitely rocked my world.
I wasnt too bothered by the toilets although the boys did complain. I didnt see much point in the drinks tokens maybe a few more bars staff would of done the trick. The bars did struggle to replenish the fridges quick enough do the drinks got warmer. Except for that it was a top day and I will be counting down the says till next year.

Bigger and better each year!
Another great bash at Cocoon in the Park!
Villalobos, Sven and Troxler rocked the joint :)
Atmosphere incredible as usual. The visuals, the vibe and certainly the music took me on a whole different journey throughout the event. Mind buzzing :)
Only things I think they should sort out is the toilet waiting times and cleanliness...and also the taxi queues. Takes a good hour to find a taxi and a 2 mile walk!
Although, after such an awesome experience, you're buzzing your head off and so don't really care :)

cocooninthepark
A 'collect your skiddle tickets here' sign would have helped. Even the staff on the gates didn't know where the collection point was.
The toilets were the worst i've experience. Walking through puddles of urine is never good.
The rubbish collection bribe worked really well, as did the token drinks system with minimal waiting time at the bar.
