About

Jungian therapy was developed on the idea that the unconscious mind is a source of wisdom and guidance that can strengthen psychological growth. In this talk we will explore the psychology of Carl Jung and how it strives to find balance and harmony between the conscious and unconscious parts of the mind.

You will gain valuable insights into using the sense of self as a tool to your own depth, your shadow self, and practical tips in understanding your true self rather than who you present to the world. We will also look at Jung’s key concepts like  dream interpretation, the four psychological functions, the Archetypes and The Collective Unconscious.

Doors open at 7pm, talk starts at 7.30pm - come down early to grab a good seat!
