Crap club to busy had no choice but to go as vic works shut down.

thought the venue ruined the night, poor set up, too busy, couldn't get into it, on top of that it seemed to be full of saturday night piss heads, might just have been me like, oh and it seemed like the whole of leeds meotropolitan police were in there to round it off! oh well....morillo 7 hr set at ministry of sound in london on  saturday....lets have it!!!

Cream christmas party

I had an absolutely awsome night!  Well worth the drive down from Newcastle!  Sean Tyas was an absolute legend ive never seen him live before but he blew us all away!  I couldnt really say anything bad apart from ive seen jules half a dozen time over the last couple of months and his sets are so predictable.  He's still some guy!  Cant wait for the White Party on Boxing day i'll be there with Chrimbo bells on lol!

The groove armada sailed into leeds on saturday night and I personally couldnt wait! I had tickets to see them at warehouse project in manchester on halloween last year but got thrown out by the bouncers 5 minutes before they came onstage for smoking a joint outside, paid £25 for the ticket and there was nothing i could do, theyre little hitlers! So as u can imagine i was well up for making amends, they didnt disappoint either, with an almost entirely upbeat setlist bar a brief instrumental of by the river which was far too short for my liking! In an ideal world i would have liked to have heard i see u baby, edge hill, but i feel good, madder, purple haze, hands of time aaah so many actually! But with only 2 guest vocalists they where obviously limited with what they could perform live unless they either used sampled vox or the other singers did tried covering.  You can understand why they didnt tho, its a shame but it didnt ruin anything, the crowd was on the whole buzzing and the DJ's after the gig had a generally good setlist too.  I would have preferred groove to come on for an encore or maybe just jammed for another set tho :(
Highlight for me was the roof almost comin off durin superstylin, every single person was going crazy apart from one lanky lady who i apparently nearly caught with my elbow while jumpin, quite why she was so stationary for the whole song is beyond me, cheer up love!
