The EcoVillage is the brainchild of entrepreneurs Beth Lambert and Beth Awdry, who run Refill Revolution at Harborough Market and Oundle Wharf.

“Complex supply chains make it hard for large retailers to respond quickly to the rapidly changing needs of consumers and environmental issues. However smaller local producers and retailers can make big changes quickly. We believe that bringing these producers together makes good sense.”

Refill Revolution has been working at making sustainable shopping mainstream since June 2018 during which time they have built strong relationships with a network of local business who have formed the backbone of the new EcoVillage.

The business launched in February 2020 in Market Harborough. We wanted to make it easier for local people to shop more sustainably. We invite people to come along and discover our exciting new venue, where we are confident that they will find some easy ways to make sustainable living fit with their lifestyle.
