friendly organizer, but badly organised event, we were queueing for food for 45 minutes without getting to the buffet, so catering didn't cope with the approx. 500 people. Poorly decorated and tasteless plastic cups for drinking wine. So my family left without food after 2 hours and no money refund. Would not recommend it to go. Whole experience was in the end very disapointing!

Paid £25 and there was no food left. Everyone one was complaining. We had nothing to eat on the night apart from few spring rolls. Why advertise 3 course meal. I would never buy a ticket for another event with The Platinum suite or their organisers again. Poor management and bad experience.

Had a great night with the family. One downfall is that if you are allocated a table behind a pillar @ platinum suite leicester then it ruins the night. But we when given a slightly better table near the food serving area. Blessing in disguise as people still cueing up for food at 10pm.
