If you are tolerant of being frightened, this event will keep you on your toes and stir your inners. Very atmospheric and a good evening out in a beautiful setting. Great food and prices too!

Fantastic evening at Whatton House. The staff and venue were perfect and the food stalls were great. Spent a lovely hour after our trail chatting to the actors and soaking up the atmosphere. The trails themselves were extremely immersive and worth every penny.

Great experience. Actors were fab.
Rerouting on approach could have been clearer and heads up on the website would have helped.
We had to que to start with for a long time before the tour started. Staff friendly and approachable.
Venue was lit beautifully and attention to detail on the trail was great.
Some kind of entertainment whilst waiting to go in would add to the experience.
Had a great evening and overall would recommend.

We enjoyed our night at whatton house witchfinder but trail 1 wasn’t as good as last year unfortunately. Was still good but Was alittle disappointed to not have more jump scares and found there was more walking between where nothing was happening, but lucky trail 2 made up for it. Really enjoyed that. Would still go again as it’s such a great venue and concept

A fabulously scary evening. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The actors in the trail were so good. Didn't just follow a script. Interacted with the guests brilliantly. Did trail 2. Can't wait to do trail 1 later in the month.

Wonderful experience, my kids (grown up kids) haven't stopped talking about it. Even better than I thought it would be. Actors were brilliant, so authentic. Really scary. Only one small improvement suggestion (but this wouldn't stop me going again). I thought there would be more choice of food in the courtyard, eg a noodle bar, jacket potatoes, curry etc. I think next time we would eat beforehand. Thanks for a great night out.

It was a little difficult to find in the dark so I hope they put signs that face both ways moving forwards, but the experience itself was fantastic. Very creepy atmosphere, well acted and engaging, was a little sceptical how much we’d enjoy it but had a very good time. If you’re looking for something different to do as a group or on a date definitely give this a go. Also a big thanks to the staff who were very accommodating when we got lost driving there, even giving us step by step on demand directions, grateful for that.

The trial 2 needed to b spread out a little more as people write backing up behind us but trail 1 was amazing and the people doin it hats off to them they were brilliant xx

My boyfriend & I did this last year (2021) & this year and the first year was a very fun experience but it has got so much better this year!! Especially with having two trails now instead of one! I would recommend to everyone. Maybe a bit scary for little ones but overall a fun, exciting & scary family night!

Amazing scarefest trail! The props and actors were brilliant!
A group of 4 of us went and had to have an additional 2 people added to the group to make it a 6.
The only problem we had was we couldn't find the signs for new entry and when we did they were very small and not very visable in the dark. We then accidently drove through a no entry zone and had to get guided by a man on a quad bike.
Overall 10/10 experience and would highly reccomend.

The trail was superb, the staff were brilliant and friendly, the food was incredibly tasty and the music and atmosphere were perfectly fitting. We visited last year and thought similar but this year definitely topped it!
As is with all good things though, there's always something to improve on and the only thing I would say could improve it, would be to have more signage for the entrance to parking. We felt fairly clueless looking for the route into the event as the few signs that were out, weren't overly obvious especially in the dark.
