Hello, I bought 8 tickets for me and my friends. On the event wasnâ??t last entry. We came there 7.15 pm and they told us â??last entry 7pmâ? so we didnâ??t even get there and security was very rude to us. I want get back money.

the venue oversold on tickets and then when we tried to get in their bouncers sucker punched us and tried to beat us up. I have video of them doing this.

The only reason I haven’t give the venue 5 stars was due to the toilets, some were broken and they were filthy otherwise everything else was spot on and we had a amazing day/night. All the staff were really friendly too

last train was 9.15 so we only wanted to go for half an hour before we had to go, the bouncer refused me for my trainers yet said my boyfriends trainers were fine? I don't wear heels as I have physical medical condition that causes me pain down my legs and in my hips, he was very rude aswell didnt give me a chance to talk and explain just walked off and blanked me, so i paid money to be discriminated:)

The event was very unorganised and at the beginning of the night we were told we were not able to attend the event due to attire. The atmosphere in the venue was very low and the majority of the night people were stood around. Would not attend again.
