Review of History with Lee Butler & Live PA from Eve Gallagher
When we booked and paid £88 for table we were not advised you had to have a drinks package we all drank different drinks and were forced to buy a.70cl of Smirnoff vodka and 1 pint of lemonade for a price of £110. The vodka is £15 in shops also ord we ed 4 biers which were priced at £4.60 each and was charged £30 informed by rude manager and staff to get out if we didn’t like it night was ruined and vodka went to waste would never book again total tip off

Review of History - New Years Eve Party
Oversold and too expensive for what it was. Me and my friends booked our tickets in advance and still waited outside for over half an hour. Then we had to stand in a massive queue to get drinks. Unfortunately we will not be attending again due to this issue.

Review of History - New Years Eve Party
Staff looked very stressed although were doing an amazing job under very busy circumstances.
Our party bought a ticket for the balcony, we give our names in and security let us through and were given two wristbands however we were not aware that you had to book a table in order to have any sort of drink ( told on the night this was in the small print of the T&Cs but not advertised on skiddle) we were happy to stand and did not physically need to sit at a table. when asked how do we buy a drink we were responded to with ‘i dont know as its table service only and you needed to book a table’ but she did go away and come back to say we had to have a minimum spend of £300 on bottles only, another staff member told us when ordering 10 minutes later that there was no minimum spend but it was bottles only, he took our order and let us pay via card (£120 for Gordons pink gin). We were given two wristbands and were told we should not have obtained these and to remove one, only to be told a short while later to keep these on and they were correct for the area we had purchased tickets for. There seemed to be a few groups in the same situation being told the same conflicting information as us who had purchased a ticket but not booked a table or pre bought drinks so there were a lot of people standing round confused. We love alma de cuba and appreciate this was a busy event but i would not recommend.

Review of History - New Years Eve Party
Way too many people at the start was literally unable to move and over 30 min wait for a drink as only 4/5 bar staff on. Left and Come back and it was better after 12 with actual space

Review of History - New Years Eve Party
One of the worst experiences I’ve had in a while. Overcrowded to the point where my group of friends and I didn’t feel safe. It felt like a high risk of a crowd crush. Understaffed on the bars by far. We were about to leave after 30 mins due to how unsafe we felt after having arrivied at 10:30pm , when a bouncer took pity on us and let us go up to the restaurant which was quieter. Still no drinks being served at the bar upstairs. We saw a huge number of people leaving before midnight. Definitely ruined our New Year’s Eve as we left before midnight due to it being so awful and will never go back. A total waste of money.
