Review of Chibuku x WAH - Hybrid Minds, Sub Focus, Bou & More!
Always like this venue!! Was so excited to see Hybrid minds, and I love Subfocus. Unfortunately due to the type of event it was, Hybrid minds (along with others) made their bass so much more loud and intense than usual. So it wasn't the liquid drum and bass I and many people I spoke to there enjoy. We naively stayed for Subfocus hoping they would sound how they usually do on their songs, but after 1 song we decided to leave. We didn't let the volume or intensity of the music affect our time and still had a lovely time boogying! Just wish they played like usual, rather than pumping the bass up way more
