Very poor management, asked us to change the table in the middle of the show and give it to the couple who just arrived, I felt discriminated because of my race, they didn't apologize, or refund us, when we left, my partner couldn't find his wallet and rush back to search the table we left, the wallet was in my purse so I called him back, and we left, however, in the response I got to my google review they said your boyfriend turned aggressively and we went to get the security, they said they are going to ban us and have warned the other bars and lots of other offensive words. This is just so unfair, we have paid for a service we haven't received, we have been treated very poorly and have left without saying a word or disrespect anyone and instead of a simple apology for the poor service, that's what we get. Was checking all the other reviews and not a single poor review was responded properly or apologetically. They are not qualified to provide an entertainment service and they need to learn how to deal with people respectfully.
