The name bluu derives from the original name of the London site, the famous Bluu Note Jazz Club, Hoxton Square. The name needed to be adapted to fit the new funky & style conscious image and to therefore help create the ethos of the offering, therefore the name Bluu was created.
What makes Bluu unique is the fact that the dining restaurant, premium ground floor bar & the basement bar all operate as one, and they create enormous synergy within the venue
