The staff who provide the security and the sniffer dog patrol are absolute awful. The way they spoke to my friends upon entry telling them to ‘shut up’ and the tone is absolutely disgusting!! Who do they think they are? Such crap security the amount of 14/15 year olds at the event was ridicouls. I will not be attending again

Waited for 2 hours in freezing cold with no shelter in ridiculous queues to get in where everyone was allowed to push in left in huge crowds trying to organise single file lines a very unorganised event
