Review of Stereolab

First time at this venue which has clear sound and a clear layout - everything one floor, toilets at the back, bar at the back - easy. Went with a friend who has had a recent fall and injury, looked after well in the raised section at the back. Didn't think i'd ever see Stereolab and they didn't disappoint - Super Electric was the highlight for me, extended jam out. Wonderful!

Amazing venue, sound was fab!

Slow start to their first Liverpool gig in 24 years! First 30/45 mins was mostly their dull Frenchy lounge pop stuff. Then they discovered their Krautrock groove and our feet started tapping, heads nodding in rhythm. Highlights: Lo Boob Oscillator, French Disko, even Super-Electric got an airing.
