Review of BOSS Screening: European Cup Final - Liverpool vs Real Madrid
Unable to see football on screen due to volume of people attending.
Asked if we could pay to upgrade to go upstairs as my husband was feeling very poorly as a result of atmosphere. Was told that it was £20 each but it had to be cash, so we paid £40 to 'upgrade' only to find that seating not available so we had to sit on the steps to watch. Not sure if the cash paymet was legitimate but we had to pay as we had no other option other than leave and miss the match.
Additionally we didnt realise we couldnt bring food into the venue, so had it taken from us on entry and when asked for it back at the end they had 'difficulty' intially finding it, so we had to insist that we had handed it in and 'eventually' we got it back.
We maybe wrong but feels like there is some personal gains being made, and we extremely annoyed that we made to pay £40 to upgrade
