Open Cacao Ceremony on Formby Beach. An evening and mindfulness, openness and connection with this Peruvian, high grade essence to re balance the energies within us, and restore health. Cacao has been known to open the heart chakra and cultivate creativity, love, and understanding. We encourage you to come with an intention for the ceremony. Afterwards there will be an opportunity for sharing or personal meditation. All accompanied by the waves, the setting sun, some South American Folk tunes and for those that desire some movement amongst the dunes. Love x
