Kids wanted to leave. Ad there was no entertainment from 12 untill 2 wen we left just djs. The dna was good but not for that age group deffo needed more kid’s entertainment

Not child friendly. Very little to identify it as Halloween related. Singers dressed very provocative. Music extremely loud++ for size of room and for children

I felt like the venue wasn’t the best for children it felt abit dark and dingy. Then there was no seating available my little girl was just complaining to leave. Probably better suited to older children because I thought there would be a bit more on offer for small children but there was nothing, the only character I seen was a blow up dinosaur.

Terrible venue, kept waiting in queue for 1 hour even though already had a ticket and once inside the place was half empty. The place itself is tired and dilapidated, will stick to Cream Classical only next year.

The venue was not very good for a kids party vomit in the toilet no where for the adults to sit down 12-7 also would of been good to have a little food stall we had to leave as the kids were hungry

Best one yet… I’d change the VIP to the old white one again the black wasn’t nice to dark . Didn’t feel VIP.. plus more toilets for VIP .
Make the under the trees stage bigger it was boss .

Got refused entry by door staff when we had pre bought tickets said was overcrowded but we had already paid over £60 worth of tickets avoid 🙂
