Review of Lankum
The Band were great, but whole show was spoilt by other guests talking and laughing throughout the entire performance. Not just the usual background chat you get at gigs or the odd comments, I understand that can't be helped and is part of the live music package, but these were numerous groups of very disruptive conversation, to almost comical volume levels. This was up on the balcony section, and there seemed to be no staff presence or anything. This actually resulted in a very heated argument between a couple and another couple (one of which was pregnant). Luckily this didn't end badly as the pregnant couple left, but it could of gone badly wrong on another night.
I have never actually left a review for a gig, and understand how a review like this could come across, "man gets disgruntled at people having fun at gig", but these people were not watching, listening or even facing the band and were extremely loud throughout the entirety of the main act. By far the worst I've ever experienced at a gig myself. Having worked at gig venues myself I know it is a tricky situation when people are drunk and it's a Saturday night, but I don't think the customers should have to police the crowds themselves, this could lead to some ugly situations.

Review of Bombay Bicycle Club | Intimate Album Release Show
Fantastic as always to see BBC. Intimate gig for the new album release. Great venue and we had an amazing night. Even got Jack’s set list gifted to us!!!
