Review of Christmas Day
The most disappointing Christmas dinner we have experienced. We arrived just after 12 adeere promptly served with canapés. Our starters arrived shortly afterwards adage we had to wait a coupe of hours for our main meal. We then waited for our dessert and in the end had to ask for it. By this time it was so late that we didn’t bother waiting for coffee and mince pies, we just left. Obviously there was a shortage of staff and the staff who were present couldn’t cope. There wasn’t any organised entertainment for the children apart from an elf who wandered from table to table. I will say that the Father Christmas was very well organised and the children received quality gifts.
All in all it was a very disappointing day and definitely not worth the money. The starter and the Christmas pudding were good but the main course was very, very poor. Such a disappointment after Easter Sunday when we had an excellent lunch and the children were kept amused and organised all afternoon.

Review of Breakfast with Santa
Too many people for the space, tables too close together and not enough room for people to move between tables. Not enough food for children’s breakfast - was offered as buffet and staff told us that they had enough food for one serving per person but there was none left when we entered. English breakfast was not cooked properly and was cold on serving and some individuals were turned away due to their table number whilst others were allowed without table numbers being checked

Review of Breakfast with Santa
The venue wasnât ready when we arrived. They ran out of pastries doughnuts and cookies. The cooked Breakfast wasnât served on time . Scrambled eggs and toast cold and sausages and bacon undercooked . No butter or brown sauce , stood waiting for people to replenish. Unorganised , over priced , poorly ran and understaffed . We finally got our breakfast at 10.50, from a 9.30 start ! The children were starving hungry . The breakfast should have been ready for them to eat as soon as we arrived .

Review of Breakfast with Santa
I’m writing this review after speaking to my children 8 and 10
They said it was too much centred around you didn’t children and they found the party games too babyish and nothing about the party grabbed their attention they enjoyed the grotto and the Santa experience but said it was a bit small
People were queuing whilst people were sat at tables directly in front’ of them still eating and there appeared no organisational order for the queue so instead of table order some people moaned about how long they were waiting and were allowed to jump the queue
The breakfast was nothing to write home about and the portions small Although you could go back when we had a couple of extra h**h browns they were crispy and crunchy so not freshly made
The room was Christmas themed and the staff dressed up engaged with people and the event
As a one off it was ok would I go again No

Review of Breakfast with Santa
It was poorly organised we arrived and we were a family of 6. No one was on the door to greet you or tell you what the protocol was. I had to grab a waitress to ask what to do and they told us that we would just have to fit on someones table! I went and spoke to the manager and explained the situation I had an 80 year old mother /grandmother stood up for 30 minutes waiting for a table to be organised. It was simply disgusting. The kids drinks were so watered down as was the coffee absolutely disgusting the music was like a race and I had to qué 30 minutes to get food so for more than an hour we were stood up absolute waist of money and never needs repeating again. Absolute shambles
