The entertainment Odd Socks and the staff there were amazing. They really made it magical for the children and adults.
The food could have had more options like fresh orange juice and pastries but apart from that it was a very enjoyable experience. Will book on again for next year.

Great pre Christmas catch up. Venue, food and staff all great. Group was brilliant no complaints at all.

Whilst we all had a wonderful time we felt there were a few things that could've been better. The main room where the dance floor and DJ where, was decorated lovely for Christmas but the room we we sitting in was very sparce and the lighting was very bright all evening. There was not enough room to all sit in the main room so we had no choice but to sit in the bright room all evening.
I think the idea of the street food was wonderful and is one of the reasons I booked our Christmas party with you. Unfortunately the food was very disappointing and did not live up to expectations.
I understand how difficult orgainsing such an event can be and appreciated the effort put in by the staff. As it was a work's night out we were all determined to have a good time and the few suggestions I have made did not dampen our party.

Absolutely fantastic day. Food was tasty with lots to share. Artists were excellent and had everybody up dancing on the dance floor.

Food was absolutely horrendous, room too separated half the party in a bright lifeless room , we were lucky to get a table in the main room were the disco was but the room at the side couldn't see anything , not enough Xmas music either but the DJ was fab

Everything other than the food was brilliant! Such a shame as the entertainment was great. I can't see how they can justify £35 per head for 3 tiny sandwiches and a few tiny cakes.. There was no alternative to Prosecco on arrival either. Last year we attended an evening Xmas event and the food was amazing and plentiful. Also you had a choice of either a bottle of beer or Prosecco upon arrival. I won't be recommending sorry

This was a very relaxed morning, with appropriate entertainment which my children enjoyed. The food was good, the service was very good too and meeting Father and Mrs. Clause was not rushed and a lovely experience for the children. You take your own photos which for me, is better and Mrs. Clause took the family picture. A great way to spend the morning, thank you to all the team for being so helpful throughout the morning too. This is something we will look forward to doing again next year.
