Arooj Aftab was simply mesmerising.
Her soulful voice that sounds as though its coming through her from an ancient place, took us to that other place.
The other artists on the chello and harp were incredible too and added to the hypnotique impact of the show.
Just amazing.

Amazing musicians playing sublime music. perhaps could have benefitted from a quieter venue and chairs. A loud bar and a constantly chatting audience made it hard to appreciate the often quiet and contemplative music at times. Also strange that Leaf did not serve tea.

had a brilliant night, such talent and organised so well
