Paid to go to an event - music was so low you couldn't hear it. Sparks were flying out the lamps in the tents nearly starting a fire where the water was getting to it. Only two toilets open for the women's and one was blocked the whole night. Every time we ordered drinks the prices were different when the same drinks were ordered. Absolute shambles

Sold way too many tickets for the space. Not enough screens and not high enough for people to see. Drinks expensive and poor quality. Toilets overloaded by the sheer amount of people. Not enough bar staff. A shambles brought on by pure greed on behalf of the owners. Rude service from bar staff

Had been looking forward to this event for a while as we were celebrating my friends birthday. However it was genuinely a waste of £30 for a ticket as we clearly did not get our moneys worth. It didn’t even seem like there was an event on. We weren’t able to even sit down upstairs and were told to stand around the bar for the rest of the evening. We were then told to move down stairs which had no atmosphere! Would have much rather gone to a different venue that didn’t cost £30 entry and got a drinks package instead. The staff were also rude and made us feel extremely unwelcome.

Absolutely appalling service. Paid £30 each for a ticket for Spectrum to celebrate my friends birthday. However when we arrived at the rooftop, we were told that we would have to stand up for 5 hours around the bar. There was absolutely no indication that we had to book a table separately when booking the ticket for the event. The staff were also unbelievably rude and couldn’t care less, very unprofessional and clearly didn’t know how to organise an event properly. Makes me wonder what my money was actually going towards - felt like I had been completely conned!

Absolutely appalling, made out there was an event on. There just wasn’t me and 10 of my friends all paid £30 for a ticket for something to do on my 20th birthday and there was no where to sit, when may as well of booked a table and drinks package for the same price!! Said we could have table downstairs went down and no atmosphere absolutely shocking. Everytime come to liberte there is a problem don’t even know why I go back but Saturday was definetely the final straw!

We weren’t told about booking a table so paid £30 to be moved tables from the rooftop every half an hour then moved downstairs, downstairs was good but not worth £30, could have gone to any other bar for the same atmosphere for free

The event did not happen due to weather. However they had no back up plan which shows poor organisation. It was open to the general public which meant that the tickets should have been fully refunded. I was very very disappointed

Great views with great music! It is a bit expensive for tickets but it's the best event I've been to in a while. Bar staff really friendly as well.

Definitely not book anymore events ,I cancelled day before due to injury provided doctors note to confirm also paid extra incase I needed cancel then told I would not be refunded.

The view was absolutely rubbish we couldn't see a thing so not very happy about it

The staff had no idea what they were doing. We ordered the same drinks and paid different prices each time (it was like they were making it up as they were going along). We waited hours in the corner for a good view of the parade but just before the bus came the staff moved all of the guests along so they could all have the best view. The bouncer told people off for trying to stand on chairs to see but then was doing it himself to get a good view. The whole thing was poorly organised and very chaotic. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, I really wish we’d just stood on the road to watch the parade and saved our money.
