Review of Rave Royalty - Parent & Child Day Raves!

We had come as a group of 3 adults and 3 children,  the event was meant to be on from 2pm until 6pm. Nobody got in to the hall until almost 2.20 then it was ended at 5pm, so out of the 4 hours we had paid for we actually got 2 hours and 40 minutes. Absolutely disgusting to charge that amount and then to let children down. Also the bouncy castle wasn’t supervised, we had to ask for it to be supervised as a grown man, I assume a parent was knocking into the sides on purpose to push kids over, at one point he knocked an older child on to my 3 year old granddaughter who was then beside herself because she had been hurt. A bit more organisation is needed here and times need to be as advertised or charge less!!!

prices went up in the venue from last time bit still a brill day for both kids and adults, thanks

The pricing was far too high for what was on offer. It cost us almost Â£40 for my 5 year old son to queue up for ten minutes to go on a bouncy castle. Can honestly say I haven't felt that ripped off ever. 

took our little girl aged 22 months ..not much for little ones to do ..the bouncy castle had older kids running about ,the inflatable assault course was too big for her and then she was knocked completely off her feet by an older kid running straight into her ..she banged her head with a thud that I felt the vibration and bit her lip.she was distraught and after half an hour we left .gutted after the price was expensive for what it was 

fab.defo be back next year. my son and God daughter loved it..... (As well as us mums).x

cant thank the organisers enough myself and the children had an amazing afternoon. very well organised plenty to do. please do more of these events 

Kids had a ball was amazing Lee went out of his way to interact with the kids ðŸ˜Š boss day txxx
