Review of Bootle Music Festival 2023
The festival was well organised and the staff there were extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to sit in the disabled area which was well monitored by the stewards. Only advice would be that there was an area at the bar where disabled people did not have to queue. Great music and great venue!

Got there and spent the whole time stuck in a queue. Almost an hour waiting for a bevvy, then half an hour in a queue for food, only to find out that it was only to place your order! You then had to wait a further 20+ mins for the food to be ready. As soon as I got to the front of the queue for a burger, the event was cancelled. So I ended up going without food, didn’t get a chance to enjoy any music and then got soaked in the thunderstorm. Clearly oversold the event and then got told we all paid for the “festival” not the main headliners and that’s the reason nobody is getting refunded or rescheduling of the event. Very disappointed with it all

Event got cancelled due to bad weather therefore did not get to see the zutons or the farm
Very disappointed
Had only been at the event for a couple of hours and spent most of the time queuing at the bars only to be told to evacuate asap

the 2 main bands didn't get to play due to extreme weather. the farm were there and ready to go on. to be honest I don't even think the zurons turned up! even on their tour list it wasn't even mentioned. feel very let down by the zutons. could have done with another beer tent the queues for a drink were almost an hour wait

I had to say no to the Zutons and the farm. Unfortunately the gig was cancelled due to heavy rain thunderstorms and lightning. Obviously it had to be cancelled for safety reasons. I felt so sorry for everyone involved in the organization, so much hard work had gone into it. Hopefully in the future the Lock & Quay will organize another one
