Very disappointed waited half hour for food went over to be told that someone else had took it despite having a buzzer device attached to my order number. Waited another half hour for the food to he wrong. It was so dark inside the attractions there was no way to clearly see what was going on or how the characters actually looked. The house with the hoods over face was absolutely pointless and a load of crap. We was told we was not allowed in this attraction as it was after 10:30 but thats how long it tool to queue in the other attractions and get through the event. Lots was escorted out without entry. Compared to last year it was a sh|t show wont be going next year very disappointed

Feel the attraction has been hugely overrated. The 90min limit to complete the mazes was unclear until 40 mins before event started and this was also unrealistic and made the whole evening feel rushed so was unable to take time between the mazes to enjoy true food etc. then felt once the mazes were completed we left as there was no real atmosphere to participate in. Saw only two actors whilst queuing. Attractions were over very quick also after lots of queuing. Just feel it needs better planning for future events. Would potentially visit again in a few years if it improves.

Some mazes were 2 minutes long and crap one u had to put a bag on your head which as a medical nurse is not good for people with health issues and walking through with just people touching your leg was not worth the price the food was a rip off £9 for sui mai you can go to an all you can eat for £15 drinks £10 for a c**ktail rip off wouldn't retur farmergedon is well better

Since we got there we was constantly Queuing to get in the mazes. They said online that it was an hour and half worth off mazes we was they’re in total 2hr 15 and was in all the mazes combined for a total off 10 minutes rest off the time was queuing absolute joke. Utter waste off money wouldn’t recommend!!!

The price of the tick*ts is ridiculously high. You get 1 hour 30 minutes and have to wait in a que for 40-50 minutes to get into a maze. Doesn't work out right. The priest house is practically made for children even they wouldn't be scared. Do not recommend and would not visit again.

I'm sorry but I was disappointed to say the least. First of all I received an email telling me to get their early only to be told sorry you can't go in till 9pm. Then we ordered food which was very much to overly priced and had to wait nearly 35 mins till it was ready. Then we had to eat our food in line whilst quing up for first event. And the worst part of it all was the 3 for 4 price may as well have just been 3. That priest hood one was the biggest let down of the night I mean a bag over the head people poking you and shouting as you was forced through holding on to a rope was degrading and made it feel like a prison camp. Everything was rushed and was very badly organised not much thought put into the time scale of it. I think next time I will be doing farmagedon.

I have queues zero tolerance and queueing for an hour to attend each (out of the 4) attractions which lasted 5 min wasn't my idea of fun. I feel more space of that massive building g could be utilized with more actors and fun. Long queues just killed it for me. I think once you've queued once you should have access to ALL attractions. We won't be going again unless the format changes

Absolutely awful, our time slot was 9pm and we had to queue for the first house for 50 minutes for them to put a black bag over your head and tickle your leg with a stick, paid £40 to go in one out of four houses as they shut all the queues at 10:25, litrally worst scare experience out there. Where do I get my money back??? Spoke to manager he said basically nothing he can do and to email skiddle

Comparing this to last year it was awful. We queued at least half an hour for each attraction to walk round a 3 minute walk around a not at all scary room. Definitely ruined it after last year as last year was brilliant every single attraction was brilliant

I will be submitting a formal
complaint. We arrived at the venue at the time we booked the slot, which was 9pm. The queues were 30mins+ wait for each maze. We had no breaks in terms of going to the toilet or getting any food/drink. We finished the 3rd maze at 10:45 and were not allowed to go in to the 4th one. Advised due to the time. It is too late. On the site it is advised to complete the mazes in 1:30, that was impossible due to the wait times for each maze. Having being a group of 5 and travelling from yorkshire. We were extremely disappointed as the wait time were the organisers fault as i spoke to the staff and said due to the amount of people, it's been really busy. How is that the visitors fault? It is the organisers who have sold the tick*ts for the allotted times. I would not recommend this event to anyone. Disgusting service

I think that the venue was amazing but we need to see more of it. We were told half an hour before we set off that we would only have 1hr 30 mins for the mazes which, given the queues meant we only got to do three. The mazes were all right, but a little samey and not as scary as the ywar before. It would be better if there were more puzzles perhaps to do. We needed more time in the venue, and a token system should be reintroduced to keep queues down. The actors in the courtyard were very good. I would add more non mazed based attractions too (e.g. last year there was a tarot card reader).

I think the music kind of takes away the eerie atmosphere. It doesn't really set the spooky scene. There could be more scare actors walking around? I honestly did think the priest hood maze was kind of rubbish. The bag kept nearly falling off my head and there wasn't really any scares in the maze. I understand the premise of taking away the sight, but to me, it just wasn't scary enough. Think the idea could be executed better. The other mazes were great, costumes and actors were good. I do think there is more potential though to make it even scarier, just needs cranking up a notch. It would be good if it could be a continuous sort of trail through the building, with a half way checkpoint, which is som**hing they do at Scarecity Camelot.

When queueing for the priest hood maze, you could see the chainsaw guy from the other attraction so when I did go into that maze I wasn't scared, because you can see him beforehand and it kind of gives it away. Could definitely cover that or hide it in some way?

In two of the mazes, we could go in groups of 10, but in the other mazes we got told we couldn't go in our group as we were a group of 9. It didn't tell us we'd be split up prior to booking, so that was a bit of a downer. When we did try to change our group of 10 in one of them after realising, we asked the lady if we could get back with the rest of our group, but the lady said she only had 10 seconds so we couldn't, which was not great. In the final the one at the mortuary, we did as a group which we enjoyed so much better. I do think you should be able to do all mazes in your groups, as I've never been split up before at other scare events, regardless of their location and health and safety.

Other than that, great event, we had fun and I would recommend but I wouldn't come back now that I've done it. Just needs a few tweaks and the fear factor cranking up a bit!!

Purely off comparing to farmageddon last year, newsham was nowhere near as good, really long queues and the scare rooms were over so fast
