I've been to a few of these sessions now and they always leave me feeling uplifted and happy. The instructor was very good at the routine and some freestyle time to just dance as you like! Lee always brings his magic with brilliant tunes, lights and fireworks! It's addictive.... give it a try you won't disappointed!

Don’t be fooled, this is a really intense, heart pumping, energiser bunny of a work out.. but with Lee Butler on the decs, the music, lights and pyrotechnics, it’s the most fun I’ve had in ages. I never have and never will be a gym person, but this has me hooked!
