Review of Fright Night: Murder On The Dancefloor
Not worth paying for a ticket. When I say there was literally NO Halloween decorations I'm not exaggerating. Other than a small number of people in fancy dress you wouldn't know it's a Halloween event. Also given its a sold out event they weren't checking tickets at all so we could have just walked in for free. Also majority of tables were reserved which we weren't made aware of when purchasing tickets so struggled to find a seat. Overall bitterly disappointed

Review of Fright Night: Murder On The Dancefloor
We were really looking forward to this event for a couple of weeks. We arrived and the girl at the desk was lovely. She said someone would greet us at the top of the stairs but no one did and we were unable to show our ticket to anyone (this led us to believe that anyone could have come in without a ticket.) We noticed that not many people were dressed up (not a fault of the venues, cause you can’t force people to dress up but that was a bit disappointing.) Also noticed that the venue wasn’t dressed up at all, there were no Halloween props. There was literally nothing Halloweeny about the night. We tried to sit down and were told we couldn’t sit at that particular table and that they were reserved. If I’d have known there were booths that people booked I probably wouldn’t have come to the event cause it was quite pretentious. We bought c**ktails and tried to make the most of it and danced to the band who were great! After two drinks, we were quite bored so left to go elsewhere. I’ve been to the rooftop at Pins before and loved it and it is a great venue, but this was such a disappointing night :(

Review of Oktoberfest : Groovig Saturdays : 16th Oct
Shocked that this was a ticketed event. The music finished at 8 (event was meant to finish at 11) and there was nothing else going on other than a pint glass being swapped for a stein. Very disappointing

Review of Oktoberfest : Groovig Saturdays : 16th Oct
Not really sure why it was necessary to buy a ticket as no one checked any tickets at any point, so we could have just walked in anyway, so that was a bit of waste of money. Also, it said the event was 5pm-11pm, but the band finished at 8pm, so that was a bit disappointing.

Review of Oktoberfest : Fantastisch Fridays : 15th Oct
The only thing that was “Oktoberfest” about the evening was the Stein glass. No entertainment apart from one bloke with a guitar who sang for about 30 minutes. There was no atmosphere and surprised they could call it Oktoberfest.

Review of Oktoberfest : Fantastisch Fridays : 8th Oct
Live music was advertised and there was no live music. We were given pint glasses as there was no steins left ( no big deal but not what was advertised ) no atmosphere.
I have no clue what we paid £11 for. There was 12 of us in our party left very disappointed to pay that just to sit on the roof top on picnic tables
