Review of Liverpool Speed Dating Ditch or Date ages 30s - 40s.
Two women turned up (another joined in from an adjacent event), about 9 guys. Two hour event over for me within 30 mins, last guy had to wait for ages before having his speed date. Organusation was good, but turnout was poor.

Review of NYE New Year's Eve at Copacabana Casino
Really good night, my advice to anyone who is booking next year is to reserve a table as they struggled to seat people as not enough tables do oversold higher priced tickets by the looks of it also they could of done with 2 more bar staff as we waited a while to be served.

Review of Eurovision Viewing party
We booked for a Eurovision semi final viewing, cost around £35 each, which was fair enough as we secured a table and a couple of c**ktails.
We entered the venue around 7:45pm, the show started at 8pm, we were escorted to a area upstairs with a projector set up, all seemed fine.
8pm rolled around, Eurovision started, the music in the venue was still playing, the venue didn't sort the Eurovision sound until at least two songs into the show, 6 people had walked out at this point, we then had repeated issues with sound and the staff reseting the projector.
Eventually the staff gave up and we were left with the projector and sound running about ten seconds behind the screen, the whole night was ruined if I'm honest, zero planning from the management, we literally felt like an after thought.
I felt I was part of a bad project on the BBC show The Apprentice.
Lots of lessons to learn from the management if they ever do this kind of thing again.

Review of Eurovision Viewing party
Considering this was a Eurovision party the acoustics were terrible. we couldn't hear what was going on. we were crammed in so that every time someone went passed our table they knocked our drinks. the food was mediocre.
and to top it all, there was another Eurovision party in the same venue which had a much better atmosphere. It all felt like it had been thrown together with no thought about how it would actually work.
Comparing this to a Eurovision party we went to in Edinburgh a couple of years ago. they had a compare, and bingo, and a spacious environment, and lots of screens, and games and.food...and.... You get the idea
All for about £25 a head. This was not a good deal by any stretch. after an hour we left and watched the rest of the show in our hotel bar.
