Extremely disappointed with event. We arrived to find people with no tickets just walking in. We paid £40 for 2 tiickets. We were led to believe there would be places to buy food and there would be bars at the venue. There were no food outlets in the venue. The bar was a row of tables selling shops bought cans of warm lager and cider. The so called giant screen was also a let down. I feel I have been totally ripped off. Can someone please contact me ASAP with details of how I can request a refund.

Overpricing on beers £5 a can come on that's extortionate. Also people getting in without ticket checking after we've paid its not on . Enjoyed atmosphere and being with family

Over priced

The price was very expensive for the venue, the organizer was not very professional as the screen was off several times during watching the game. Smoking were allowed everywhere which was not acceptable. Location of the screen was not good to make all people see clearly. Otherwise the music and the atmosphere were very nice.

We were told that doors opened at 6pm for this event however when we arrived the field was still being used for a cricket match which meant by the time that had finished and set up for our event we wernt alloud in until 6:30 and we were front of the que.

They sold out of lager and dark fruits before the game even began which left us with just regular cider or a soft drink, so it definitely was not set up properly.

The TV screen which was provided to watch the game switched off twice during the game.

The venue was absolutely brilliant and the screen was fantastic. The bar was absolutely shocking. They only served cans of beer (no draft/cold refrigerated refreshments) that was ridiculously expensive £35 for 5 warm cans of strongbow original because there was nothing else left within 45mins of being there. Only cider available. There was no DJ or entertainment. This venue has massive potential to be something brilliant. But I was quite dissatisfied. The tickets where around £50 (for 2 tickets) the price for “One” can of warm cider is absolutely ridiculous £7

it was poorly organised, no security, not enough toilets, running out of refreshments. Paid £40 for two tickets when I could have just walked through the fence and nobody would have noticed. treated like cattle.

This event was poorly managed, no event students , anyone could enter , no tickets checked , take in whatever you wanted to. Considering there was children allowed there was no safety, cans where getting thrown around , flares being used , the screen kept going off then no sound on it... my family left at half time !

This event really disappointed me.
We had paid between £22 and £27.
It was advertised as live DJs and entertainment.
There was no entertainment, no DJs, no seats.
When arriving at 6:20pm not one ticket was checked. Therefore people entering with no tickets?? How unfair when people have paid for tickets and there is no safety behind this. Nobody was searched, also no safety behind this. The bar (small and only one bar) had nothing but beer left, leaving nothing to drink if you cannot drink beer. So we had paid for tickets to sit on a field with no entertainment or DJs and no drinks. The tickets are false advertisement and disgusting charging people for what? And letting anybody and everybody in.

Apparently no under 18's, havin a laugh, if Id known I could have brought my Son, just walked in as scanner out of use, people walking in for free ... joke organisation.

terrible waste of money they didnt put the things on that they promised. the people at the xricket club were rude. the tv cut oyt. it was a rip off useless event

I didn't need to buy a ticket as there were no checks at all and anyone could get in. this meant overcrowding and full of non liverpool fans causing trouble and throwing bottles and beer. No bands as quoted, TV went of 2 or 3 times during the match. terrible event

it was a complete waste of money. 40 late opening. ran out of drinks before half time. was meant to be live bands playing nope.. a complete disappointment... also no food anywhere..just awful... even kept losing the signal of the game . very very poor.
