Review of Liverpool Yoga Festival 2023
The venue was large with plenty of space to not feel crowded. Sadly it was a warehouse with a concrete floor. I think in recommendations it should have suggested lots of warm layers possibly x2 matts and blankets. I also found the sound really poor for the meditation. You need to hear clearly and “gently” what is said to really benefit and loose yourself in a mindfulness meditation. I got so cold and uncomfortable in this session after lunch I left which was disappointing as I was really looking forward to the sound bath experience.
The instructors food and if not so cold would have been good value for different sessions available.

I had an absolute ball but getting charged £30 for a glass of wine and a gin was hideous tbh I really cud not believe it Knightsbridge in London ye but not the dock road Liverpool 😀
