We celebrate the re-opening of The Bakery, a community-inspired DIY space which is set to breathe new life into the techno scene here in Liverpool, with the return of Meat Free & Vault Sessions residents Blasha & Allatt, 18 months after their last appearance across the M62.
The pair really need no introduction. They have such a symbiotic energy behind the decks, whilst their sets are a relentless force that have regularly blessed dancefloors at clubs such as FOLD, Berghain and Radion, and festivals such as Freerotation, WHOLE and Awakenings to name a few.
We also welcome our newly announced resident Arkane, local favourite DJ Fabrication, as well as UDGK's Ceekay going b2b with FILTH resident CØNNØR.
The Bakery provides a welcome shot of excitement and positivity for the Liverpool techno scene. Come celebrate with us on 06.12.
- No photography/video recording with your phones on the dancefloor. Taking small black screen audio recordings to take home as a memory is fine.
- If you feel uncomfortable or unwell, please go to one of the promoters who will be clearly identifiable with pink armbands throughout the event, the bar staff, or door staff, who will act immediately to ensure your comfort and safety.
- We operate a zero-tolerance policy to all forms of racism, discrimination and harassment.
Values/Ethos
- To provide a space for genuine lovers of music to unite together to share their passion. If the reason you go to events is for the music, you are very welcome here.
- To provide safer spaces, with a particular focus on women, LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities.
- To give opportunities to local/UK-based artists. We constantly aim to ensure at least 50% of our lineups are local/UK artists.
- To give fair opportunities to female artists, as well as within the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. We will always book artists based on their talent and that alone. We do, however, constantly scout the scene to ensure these communities are well represented within our shortlists when the time comes to curate and book a lineup.
