The comedy show was good but the sound in the venue wasnât great and we struggled to hear it. The venue wasnât very good 

Review of Serena Terry: All Tied Up

Mamma was fine.   Just couldn't hear her from the baloney.  All.  £9.50 for a double !!  I didn't ask to purchase the bottle.  That is just ridiculous pricing on this current climate 😞

Terrible sound quality, unable to hear the majority of the show due to this. 
Not clear in show start times, we ended up queueing for an hour when we really didn't need to! 
When booking they didn't advise that we would be sitting on glorified steps. (Balcony) very uncomfortable, ended up with numb legs and back pain. We would not have booked if we had known this.

Serena Terry was fantastic absolutely no complaints about her, the venue on the other hand was badly organised, terribly laid out and unclean, we were in the balcony to begin with on the left of the stage and couldn't  hear a thing for the first 15 minutes,(did anyone do a sound check?) we eventually got up to leave and a member of staff said "we have loads of seats downstairs" so we were able to see the rest of the show, chatted and bonded with loads of people who all had the same experience. Would 100% see her again, but won't be back at the venue.
