Review of Food Aid Liverpool
The booking experience was diabolical, why were the bar codes not available at time of booking, why did we have to leave the venue and re-enter through another entrance, when there were plenty of interior corridors, some people need to sit down, not a single seat to be had. Worst of all the toilet facilities were a disgrace, the gents I visited had one urinal and one toilet, there were five porta loos outside in a totally disgusting state, very easy to have an attendant to oversee. Lastly the event was a fund raiser, which is achieved by taking money, somebody obviously got the bar facilities way wrong, massive queues at them all, when customers should have been drinking, and making the organisers more money. On leaving I removed your app from my phone, never again.

Bands were good especially Michael Head & Red Elastic Band. Gig was well organised & felt safe. Thought drinks prices were way too high -£16 for two & half pints of lager was woeful! Would think again about going in future.

This was our first visit to the Florrie, myself and my daughter who is in a wheelchair. The staff were really friendly and helpful, showing us where the lift and accessible toilets were. It was a tight squeeze in the lift for my daughter in her electric wheelchair but we managed it, and the accessible toilet upstairs was roomy and easy to get in. There were areas in the performance rooms near the stage which were roped off and provided a designated accessible area. This was great as it meant we had a good view and were not hemmed in by crowds of people standing up. A seat was provided for me to sit next to my daughter, so we were both very comfortable. The acts were excellent and we enjoyed all the ones we watched, and with four stages there was plenty of choice for all music tastes. All in all a really enjoyable day.

The Florrie Institute is an amazing historical building!
Severely overpriced food and drink, £6 for a watery pint of lager😡😡!
£27 for the ticket is fine for the cause!
Black Eyed Peaz cancelled, know one knew🫣🫣
Organisation was really poor, it wasn’t Wembley Arena but the organisers/security thought they were hosting Kings of Leon!
I’m sure feedback will be limited because even though many people were complaining know one really replies!
Anyway good luck for you’re next event, excellent in raising money!
