Review of Mae Muller | Album Launch Show
Got to meet Mae and she was lovely and gig was great however still waiting the 2 cds that we have paid good money for that the staff who gave out the gig wristbands at the Jacaranda assured us would be posted as soon as the album was released at the end of September 2023. Gig was 18th of Sept it is now 20th of October 2023. Have sent tweets to Mae nothing back from her and a few Facebook messages to Jacaranda nothing back. Feeling ripped off, Surely they could have brought some advanced copies of the cds to the gig knowing that people would be expecting them. Not very good customer service at all . Not very good at all. we have paid for something that we have not received and I reckon we won't receive unless we take it further such as trading standards.
