Review of Breakfast With Santa

We paid 2 adult tickets and got told when we got there we had to pay for our breakfasts! I asked what the money was for they took from me and he didn't know. My 2 grandchildren didn't even get a boxed selection box just the small cheap ones. I was also told my grandchildren had to share a box! I complained and the "found" another box to give us. The only good things was Santa. He was so good with all the children. Never again for me tho

This was disorganised and didn't mention you didn't get adult breakfast and you had to pay extra and the kids didn't even get a drink with there breakfast

When I booked the tickets it didn't say that adults paid a £10 to go to cash for kids charity so when me and my husband went we had to buy our own breakfast and also they ran out of selection boxes for the kids it was awful

Sold way too many tickets... too many people turned up for event entertainment had had set up in a different room that was open to the public as the main pub was shut for the Halloween party. Waste of money wouldn't book again. Had to go in the other room as we had young children so had to go and stand up in the room where entertainment was set up as they moved all tables and chairs into the main pub to accommodate the too many tickets they sold. Shambles...

The venue was to small for the amount of tickets being sold it was chocker and no we’re to go. Also the entertainment was in another room we got a table and then was asked to leave the room and then when the entertainment started we got in the room and no tables left. Entertainment wasn’t as good the characters was abit to scarey for

Really overcrowded and unorganised, disappointed it wasn't like the Christmas one last year, it should have been kept in the back room with limited tickets. A lot of people walked out due to space.

Over booked was far too busy, my two children wanted to leave as they couldn’t even make it into the entertainment room. We also were first put in the main area of the pub where we had our seats and they then moved the entertainment into a Seperate area meaning we couldn’t sit as adults and watch the children.

The place was far to busy people were still coming in at 530 there wasn’t enough room it was far to busy for the kids to enjoy or for it even to be safe for the kids

We was expected to watch the CL final screening, but from the begining, the screen was not working for more then 10 minutes. We had to watch on the phones. It is not fair to pay 22£ per person and to receive such services. If they take the responsability for such a event everything should be working properly. Cause watching the match on phones, we could do it and home.

Speaker was far too loud and you could constantly hear buzzing. Singers were not good. The tv screen went off just as the match kicked off so everyone missed the start of the match

I think that they put prices too many people from being able to go, £22 to stand in a pub car park and watch a match that is on tv anyway is ridiculous and if they had of charge half the amount they would of had double the amount of people, made more on the over priced drinks (yes they put the prices up for the event)and the atmosphere would of been a lot better then. Just my thoughts moving forward
