Got a VIP table supposed to be inside when it was secluded from everyone. non VIP looked like they was having a better time than us. we had to ask for cups and ice cubes as well as chase for mixers we paid.

Top night, fantastic location. Classy ,seamless flow of groovy music. Despite being probably the oldest person there ,felt a warm welcome from the friendly crowd and staff. 5 star venue

Shocking event zero organisation! Overbooked so didn’t even get a table on the roof terrace ended up seated in the restaurant downstairs missing the atmosphere and DJs upstairs! Organisers blamed hotel hotel blamed organisers! No one wanted to take responsibility constantly getting fobbed off! Would not recommend or ever book again! Staff had major attitude issues because they had overbooked. Told by one staff member event was overbooked by 400 people! The event should have been cancelled and refunds offered if what we had booked could
Not be fulfilled. Ruined a special occasion!
