Absolute JOKE! Waste of time and money even though I bought tickets they didn't even have a table and then seated me not even in the event, got told last entry was 8pm even though I got there at ten past 8 and it clearly stated last entry was 9pm! So unorganised and just absolutely disgusted how you can charge anyone for that joke of an event

EXTREMELY LET DOWN!!! got to the event for my friends 21st. We had booked the rooftop. It is sold as a roof top only event. When we got there after a half an hour wait to get in. The table was inside and on the ground floor. Straight away we explained that is not what we booked. And was told by the staff they have nothing to do with it, you need to see the events manager. But everyone was looking for him for a refund, so funnily enough he had made himself scarce. We left after 5 minuets. And will be asking for a full refund from the company.

absolutely do not recommend. sold tickets for a roof terrace event and get put in a dark function room at the side of the hotel reception. didn't even stay to get my table. Also waited an hour just to be told this. poor service.

Waited 45-50 mins outside venue after the time was meant to start. Then got sat at a table inside the restaurant when the event was booked for the rooftop. £30 off quid each plus the price of drinks was disgusting considering we did not get the atmosphere/event we had paid for. Would never book this event or any other event here ever again. Awful!

Review of The Euros at The Shankly Hotel

Awful. We were there for the euro final. England scored & immediately the bouncers were over getting everyone to sit down. When anyone sang a song they were over threatening to kick them out even though they were filming everyone singing for their Instagram.
This is not a venue for live sport it is for posers & I will never go back again.

we had to wait 35 minutes to get in, its supposed to start at 4pm but we didnt get in till 4.35 and we were the first in the que. there was no taps in the sink in the top floor toilets and they sat us on the thinnest of pub benches and tried to charge us for drinks even though i prepaid a drinks package of 410 pound. terrible service.
