Allowed everyone to dance for around 2 hours then bouncers kept telling everyone to sit down threatening to throw us out, venue turned music right down although advertised as no restrictions !! Advertised as finishing at 1am and actually shut down at 11 pm won’t be going again

Absolutely appalling... No covid restrictions seating practically on top of each other. Could nt hear dj in room? Not seated on terrace.. Managed by teenagers. Told we were too late?? Open til 1 no restrictions re time.. Requesting money back. We were only two guests and asked to buy a drinks package.. Left after 15 mins. Travelled from North Wales to be totally disappointed

It was a fun night even though we had to wait in the rain for half an hour to get in. We were told last orders at 11 o'clock then everyone had to leave before 11:30 even though the ticket said 1 o'clock finish. Great atmosphere.

I was refused entry at 7.20 and didnâ??t get to attend, apparently doors closed at 7pm even though my ticket stated 9pm.

Marquee blew off at the start of the event, caused big queues outside in the cold winter weather. We were told they didn’t have some of the drinks of our choices in even though they were pre-ordered and they finished the event an hour early despite everyone getting in their seats a minimum of an hour late. Definitely not worth the money

Had to queue for 2 hours to get in and then started kicking us out at 10.15. Skiddle said the event was 5-11 but didn’t get seated until 7.

After arriving at the event I was told to purchase £350 drinks package after paying £132 already for the table. The bar manager called Gary in the Shankly was rude and told me to shut my face after saying I wasn’t happy waiting around for them to sort it out and being told to get a refund or pay bottle service only. The drinks package was not listed on the ticket when purchased and the shankly tried everything the could to make us pay it. The shankly are robbing people with the drinks packages £100 for a bottle. We eventually got a table after getting spoken to like crap for 45minutes and we was allowed to buy single drinks. Absolute joke on the shanklys behalf! What happens if you don’t drink to the excess like us?

It was like being at a funeral shouldnt tell people they can Dance at there table an then when arrive to event you have to stay seated DJs an door staff saying sit down chairs where snapping just a joke an Lee butler was there for bout 5 songs absolutely ripped off it’s awful
