What to Expect -
Guided Meditation - Mel will open the session with a guided meditation which will lead you through breathing exercises and visualisation techniques to help quiet the mind and cultivate awareness.
Sound Healing - Experience the therapeutic effects of sound healing as we incorporate various instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. The vibrations from these instruments will help to release tension and balance your energy.
Community Connection - Connect with like-minded individuals in a supportive and nurturing environment. Share experiences and insights that arise during the session.
Self-Care Techniques - Learn practical tools and techniques that you can incorporate into your daily routine to maintain a sense of calm and balance.

What to Bring -
Please bring a blanket to keep warm as your body temperature can drop during the session, a cushion for comfort, and a bottle of water. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement.
