Seriously, you should be ashamed of yourselves as a reputable company for being the agent for events by this production company, not that there was any production to the event which at very best amounted to 3 people dressed in cheap costumes, a clown who ,’did a line’ before asking what film to watch, none of these were even original so no copyright. This was as other similar‘cinema’ reviews had suggested, a total scam/ rip off. I feel you as a company we’re made aware of this yet we’re still happy to act as a ticketing agent as a previous communications liaison for theatre production companies
The event company may say they did put on the adverted event
But I will be seeking a refund which I’m expecting you to honour unless you can provide evidence to support

complete rip off, nothing interactive about it but at least they got the movie going unlike on night 1 so yay? On the other hand those people got refunds, we are stuck with a 28 pp hotdog.

Awful, sat in the room for over an hour before they told us the DVD wasn’t working. So we had to leave Complete waste of time and money. Still no sign of a refund.

Lots of waiting around for something anything to happen, “actors” didn’t reenact any scenes as advertised and just mulled around barely interacting with the crowd at all. Due to technical difficulties they were unable to show a horror movie within the allotted event time. A complete let down and non event the only redeeming factor is that they offered to refund the ticket price in full, I am however still waiting for it to be refunded into my account x

Very disappointing . Genuinely can't believe I paid £28 for this. Sat there for 2 hours waiting for a film to start and they had technical problems, couldn't believe how embarrassing it was. A nothing experience, ,Halloween Immersive are nothing but con artists, it's not worth paying £1.

What a waste of money, I want a refund on the 4 tickets I purchased. Waited in the venue for an hour and 15 mins to watch a film off a bush DVD player that they couldn’t get working so told us we could go and get a refund. Absolute JOKE £28
To watch a film that’s on Netflix and “live actors” wearing costumes from Poundland. Absolute scam

Waiting for a full refund. Turned up on time waited for an hour an 15minutes before they even started to get the movie started. Turns out the projector and dvd player didn’t even work. The live attractions were boring after 5 minutes and was only 4. Terribly organised.

The build up was good - however the seating was really poor , not enough room and chairs piled up on the floor that we had to move to get to our seats! Plus the movie was so late coming on because the DVD player was broken! Disappointed night out

Arrived at the venue and it was not organised very well at all. There was 4 actors that did not appear scary and we was sat down until 20:20, despite the event beginning at 19:00. Following this, they could not get the movie to work and so, we asked for refunds. Absolute waste of time and I do not recommend.
