parking was an issue as not aware there was an extra charge, the event could have been longer and more scare value, some of the elements of the experience were slightly confusing ,overall enjoyed but could have been better value for money.

I booked 3 tickets 2 child and 1 adult to an event then was asked to book another child onto the same event. I however made a mistake with the date and when I tried to resolve it got no real help. I didn't get a cancellation, a refund or a ticket date swap so had to rebook the ticket again leaving me out of pocket

Fabulously put together, with amazing actors in a spectacular setting. Great scary experience.

It started a good experience until another group joined us ,who spoilt the rest of the experiance due to being loud and drunk. We couldn't hear what the actors were saying in several rooms due to this so couldn't follow the story.
I found the ending of the experienced a bit rushed and could of had a more solid ending.
Staff were lovely and helpful. Thank you.

My teenage son and his friend said it was brilliant. They love halloween so to find something for their age to do was fab. I was a little daunted by the early reviews, but they came out with big smiles and had a great time. Will definitely be booking next year, and may even book myself and partner in as well.

The walk part of the event was absolutely great. However the entertainment afterwards was somewhat of a let down in certain areas but still absolutely great fun.

We all had a good time but we booked for 7.30pm but it was nearly 8.30pm before we got in. Actors were very good but we all agreed it was very overpriced

Alright, terrible value for the money and overall a disappointment however the castle was quite cool despite being a short tour

They advised to be like Farmageddon, it is nothing like that. It was the worst Halloween event we’ve ever been to, we regret even going.
