Review of Shiiine On : Bentley Rhythm Ace/John Power/ Mark Morriss
Only reason I’m reducing atmosphere rating is bc a lot of people had been drinking since early doors so by the time live bands came on they were stinking drunk and being a pain, loud chatter and laughing plus a couple of play fights.
Great venue, shame John had to pull out but luckily mark is really popular and kept the shine on it.
Price was reasonable for London at such a central venue

Review of Janet Kay & Carroll Thompson
Whoooooooooow, what a great night. I love janet&carols beautiful songs. They have great voices and the music they sing is the best of reggae of the 80s.... Keep lovers rock going for ever, please don't stop. Love you all..

Review of The Chameleons
The Chameleons are a great band and were on great form; this was a perfect antidote to the post-election blues! The current line-up were superb and Mark Burgess (singer/songwriter of the band) outstanding! Some great favourites among the set-list such as Second Skin and Don't Fall had everyone in raptures.
The most audience clamour for an encore that I've heard this year; a lot of happy people left this gig with smiles on their faces.
