Sort the queue and security, stop using stupid pushover barriers and have security in the middle of the queue to stop queue jumping and crowd surges!

Music is amazing and brilliant that it's free. What was so so incredibly infuriating and upsetting was how awful the queue and the queue security was. We arrived with about 30 people in front of us at 5:40. We were one of the last people to be let in as security let hundreds of people push straight past the queue. They did absolutely nothing to stop this, and after the last event which said they will be fixing it, it somehow got worse. If 10 people more had pushed in front I would have been waiting in the queue for 4 hours. Seriously seriously upsetting planning.

The queue was a absolute shambles, kids with no respect moving barriers and stampeding towards the front stopping people like myself who genuinely queued for an hour and a half from getting in when I should, had about 30-40 people move the barrier and squeezed to the front which resulted in me and my mate separating, he got in and I had to wait outside for another 30-40mins, security did nothing and weren't on the perimeter keeping the barriers intact, sending people to the back or sending them home, very put off on coming to this event again.
