The event was great. People of most ages were there all having a great time. After a quick security check, we went in and got our skates and off we went!! Staff were very friendly and attentive when anyone fell and had an accident. Great Night Out. Thank you

Stunning Venue, sick sick night!!

Would deffo attend another event here again!! Stunned by the venue, it was huge!
Prices for drinks where average, what you usually pay on a night out.
Could have done with better toilet facilities though, dont think there were enough for the amount of people there.

Music was epic on all levels, arenas where huge & the atmosphere brilliant!!

My only problem was the queue for the cloakroom was ridicuolus, about 600 people deep & when I returned later on they had closed it!! not happy about carrying a coat around all night!

Was abit of a mission to get too but well worth it!!! Would deffo return!!

Great event

Amazing festival in an amazing place. The palace is stunning and magnificent. The music was absolutely rocking :)
As I was traveling by trains and tubes so have nothing bad to say about that. Transport links and times were convenient.
A friendly atmosphere and great event! Next time definetely going there again :)

Good venue, toilets became a bit of an issue only halfway through the night. waiting for a taxi for 2 hours in the freezing cold was a joke. not the most convenient venue to get home from. definitely would not attend a gig there again.
Music was wicked tho, as were the Dj's.

Epic night

Sick night out loved the venue, made friends with heaps of randoms and dance hard all night. Got home at 9am (Sat) in the morning, solid effort.

Badly Organised

Badly organised, spent most of the night queuing. Only had one exit for two large rooms with thousand of people trying to get out, this was not pleasant as everyone was really pushing. No signal at the place made it impossible to find people. No one knew where the lost and found department was and kept sending us to random people to ask about it. I am very disappointing as I was looking forward to this for months and I had to leave as I managed to miss a lot of acts while queuing for various things (drinks/toilet/to leave the main room) and I could not stand the thought of spending another few hours trying to get out of a room or going to the toilet. The venue is nice but this night was poorly organised and I won't be back.

There was too much people so made it hard to enjoy the music and dance..also I think there should of been more security in the floor as I know people had things stolen out of their hands also there were guys going round asking if I wanted and drugs..which clearly shows there should be more security looking after thi..but overall the music was amazing :)
